At Cayo Trollers, every lure is handcrafted and made to order. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

International Orders

All products shipped internationally are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or we shipped the incorrect product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
