Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Simply contact us at cayotrollers@gmail.com to start the return process, and we’ll guide you through it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
