Every Cayo Trollers lure is handcrafted individually in Key West, Florida. This allows us to maintain the highest quality and attention to detail in every lure we make.
How long does processing take?
Because each lure is made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship to customers worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible domestic orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. International orders are final sale, except in cases of damage or shipping errors.
